Key Objectives:


As a Supply Chain Assistant Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations by handling supply requests, transactions, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply fulfillment, maintain accurate records of transactions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Engage with internal departments and external vendors, demonstrating excellent communication skills to address inquiries and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. In summary, these will be your key objectives and learning points:


Supply Requests and Transactions:

  • Assist in processing and fulfilling supply requests from various departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
  • Maintain organized records of supply transactions and inventory levels.


Documentation:

  • Generate and maintain documentation related to supply chain operations.
  • Verify and update information in databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.


Customer and Vendor Interaction:

  • Communicate with internal departments to understand supply needs and requirements.
  • Interact with external vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues from both internal and external stakeholders.


Process Improvement:

  • Contribute ideas for improving supply chain processes and workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to implement efficiency enhancements.


Job requirements

Your Profile:


- Currently enrolled in a relevant HBO/MBO program (Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, etc.).

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- English language mandatory
