Job requirements

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

  • As our IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests. Utilizing our ITSM solution Freshservice, you will meticulously manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations
  • In addition to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our IT infrastructure. This will involve installing, configuring, and setting up PC hardware and software, guaranteeing optimal performance for end-users
  • You will be instrumental in maintaining documentation and knowledge management within the IT department. From documenting incident resolutions to updating the knowledge base and creating user manuals and work instructions, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and the empowerment of end-users


THE IDEAL PROFILE

  • Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM solutions such as Freshservice is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
